There was a formatter reset which changed the clock offset to an unknown value. This is still being investigated. Hobart26 was wind-stowed the last 6 hrs. Matera has S-band subambiguities. Parameterization comments: None. Other comments: Hart15m reported a clock jump of ~30 nsec at ~07:18. There is a jump of ~50 nsec is in the S-band single band delays, but not in the X-band SBD's.
